Our policy on refunds and cancellations

Thank you for choosing CAEAutomations! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the software license key has been delivered.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur regarding the nature of our product, so we honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues, you don't receive the delivery email
  • Major defects: Although we thoroughly test all products before release, unexpected errors may occur
  • Product not-as-described: A detailed explanation must be provided

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results (as we cannot guarantee profits)
  • Inability to properly configure or use the software (we offer support to help with setup)
  • Failure to meet system requirements that were clearly stated prior to purchase

Subscription Cancellations

Our products are offered as subscription based and digital, so cancellations are not allowed with the sole exception of the above reasons.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support at support@caeautomations.com with:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for purchase
  • A detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Your license will be deactivated immediately upon refund approval
