What are the system requirements?

Does the bot work on Mac or Linux?
Currently, the bot is optimized for Windows due to MetaTrader 5's native Windows support.
For Mac users, you can use a Windows virtual machine (VMware, Parallels, or VirtualBox).
Linux users can use Wine or a Windows VM.
Can I run the bot on a VPS?
Yes! Running the bot on a Windows VPS is actually recommended for 24/7 operation. We
recommend providers like Contabo, Vultr, or AWS with Windows Server 2019/2022.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via MMG (Mobile Money Guyana). Simply send the payment amount to our MMG
number with your name and email address in the description.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Contact our support team, and we'll calculate
the prorated difference based on your remaining subscription time.
Is there a refund policy?

Setup & Configuration
How do I activate my license?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with your license key and download link. Simply run
the bot, enter your license key when prompted, and it will automatically bind to your
computer's hardware ID.
How do I connect my Telegram channels?
The setup guide included with your purchase walks you through the Telegram API setup
process. You'll need to create a Telegram API application and configure the bot with your
API credentials. The bot can then monitor any channels you're a member of.
Can I use multiple Telegram channels?
Yes! The bot can monitor multiple Telegram channels simultaneously. You can configure which
channels to monitor and set different rules for each channel in the configuration file.
