Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CAEAutomations Trading Bot according to your selected plan:

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The bot is provided "as is" without warranties. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unactivated licenses. Once a license is activated, refund eligibility is evaluated case-by-case. See our Refund Policy for details.
Each license is bound to a specific hardware ID (HWID) upon first activation. License transfers are not permitted without explicit authorization from CAEAutomations.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
CAEAutomations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license for violations of these terms, including but not limited to license sharing, unauthorized modifications, or fraudulent activity.
