Cookie Policy
This site uses only the cookies it needs to function. Here is each one, and why there is no cookie banner.
1. The short version
This site uses a small number of cookies, and every one of them is required for the site to work. We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, profiling or cross-site tracking.
That is why you do not see a cookie banner here. Under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for do not require consent. Asking you to click "accept" on cookies you cannot refuse anyway would be theatre rather than a choice.
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. On a return visit the browser sends it back, which is how a site can recognise that you are still signed in. Related technologies such as local storage work similarly, and we treat them the same way in this policy.
3. Every cookie we set
Authentication and session
Set only after you sign in to an account, whether that is the bot store, the affiliate portal, the base portal or the admin area. It holds a signed session token so that each page you open knows you are signed in. Without it you would be signed out on every click.
Expires: when your session ends or you sign out. Set by: this site and Supabase, our authentication provider.
Local storage for interface preferences
Inside the signed-in portals we store small preferences in your browser, such as whether you chose the dark theme. This never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
Google reCAPTCHA, on three forms only
Our registration, affiliate signup and base registration forms load Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated abuse. Google may set cookies and receives your IP address and interaction data when one of those forms loads. It is a fraud-prevention measure for the signup you are asking us to process, and it does not run anywhere else on this site.

4. What we do not use
To be specific rather than vague, this site carries none of the following.
- Google Analytics, or any other analytics or statistics package.
- Advertising or retargeting pixels, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Session recording or heatmap tools.
- Social media tracking widgets. Links to our profiles are ordinary links.
- Any cross-site tracking or data broker integration.
If that ever changes we will update this page and put a genuine consent banner in place before the first non-essential cookie is set, not afterwards.
5. Controlling cookies yourself
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings. You can block ours if you wish.
Be aware of the consequence: because our cookies exist to keep you signed in, blocking them means you will not be able to sign in to the bot store, the affiliate portal or any other account area. The public pages of the site will work normally.
