Initial Setup Guide

Follow these steps to get your trading bot up and running:

  1. Purchase a Plan: Choose and purchase your preferred plan from our pricing page
  2. Download the Bot: Check your email for the download link and installation package
  3. Install MetaTrader 5: Download and install MT5 from your broker's website
  4. Configure Telegram: Set up your Telegram API credentials in the bot settings
  5. Connect MT5: Link your MetaTrader 5 account to the bot
  6. Set Risk Parameters: Configure your risk management settings
  7. Start Trading: Activate the bot and begin automated trading

💡 Tip: We recommend starting with a demo account to test the bot before using real money.

System Requirements

Ensure your system meets these requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows 10/11, macOS 10.14+, or Linux Ubuntu 18.04+
  • RAM: Minimum 4GB (8GB recommended)
  • Storage: At least 1GB free disk space
  • Internet: Stable broadband connection (minimum 5 Mbps)
  • Software: MetaTrader 5 platform installed

First Time Configuration

After installation, configure these essential settings:

  • Telegram API: Enter your API ID and API Hash from my.telegram.org
  • MT5 Login: Provide your MT5 account number, password, and server
  • Risk Settings: Set your risk percentage per trade (recommended: 1-2%)
  • Trading Pairs: Select which currency pairs to trade
  • Signal Keywords: Configure keywords to identify trading signals

⚙️ Configuration & Settings

Risk Management Settings

Properly configuring risk management is crucial for long-term success:

  • Risk Per Trade: Set the percentage of your account to risk per trade (1-2% recommended)
  • Maximum Daily Loss: Set a daily loss limit to protect your capital
  • Maximum Open Trades: Limit the number of simultaneous positions
  • Stop Loss: Always use stop losses (can be auto-calculated or manual)
  • Take Profit Levels: Configure multiple TP levels for partial exits

⚠️ Warning: Never risk more than 2% of your account on a single trade. Proper risk management is essential for long-term profitability.

Telegram Integration

To connect your Telegram account:

  1. Visit my.telegram.org and log in
  2. Go to "API development tools"
  3. Create a new application
  4. Copy your api_id and api_hash
  5. Enter these credentials in the bot's Telegram settings
  6. Authorize the bot when prompted

✅ Security: Your Telegram credentials are stored locally and never sent to our servers.

Signal Processing Configuration

Customize how the bot identifies and processes trading signals:

  • Keywords: Add custom keywords to identify signals (e.g., "BUY", "SELL", "ENTRY")
  • Signal Validation: Enable validation to filter out incomplete signals
  • Auto-Execution: Choose whether to execute trades automatically or require manual confirmation
  • Signal Sources: Select which Telegram channels/groups to monitor

🔧 Troubleshooting

Bot Not Connecting to MT5

If the bot can't connect to MetaTrader 5:

  • Verify MT5 is running and logged in
  • Check that "Allow automated trading" is enabled in MT5 settings
  • Ensure your MT5 account credentials are correct in the bot
  • Verify your broker allows API connections
  • Check firewall settings aren't blocking the connection
  • Try restarting both MT5 and the bot

Telegram Signals Not Being Detected

If the bot isn't picking up signals:

  • Verify Telegram authorization is complete
  • Check that signal keywords are configured correctly
  • Ensure the bot is monitoring the correct channels/groups
  • Verify signal format matches the bot's parsing rules
  • Check the bot logs for parsing errors
  • Test with a known working signal format

Trades Not Executing

If signals are detected but trades aren't executing:

  • Check that auto-execution is enabled
  • Verify you have sufficient account balance
  • Ensure the trading pair is available on your broker
  • Check that trading hours are configured correctly
  • Verify risk limits haven't been reached
  • Review bot logs for execution errors

License Activation Issues

If you're having trouble activating your license:

  • Ensure you're using the correct license key from your email
  • Check that your device is connected to the internet
  • Verify the license hasn't already been activated on another device
  • Try copying and pasting the license key instead of typing it
  • Contact support if the issue persists

👤 Account Management

Managing Your License

Your license is device-locked for security. To manage your license:

  • View License Status: Check expiration date and active device in the bot settings
  • Transfer License: Contact support to transfer your license to a new device
  • Renew License: Purchase a new plan before expiration to avoid interruption
  • Upgrade Plan: Contact support to upgrade to a longer plan

Billing & Payments

Information about payments and billing:

  • Payment Method: We accept MMG payments in GYD
  • Payment Confirmation: You'll receive your bot package within 5-10 minutes
  • Refund Policy: 5-day money-back guarantee (see refund policy)
  • Payment Issues: Contact support with your payment receipt

Updating Your Email

To update your registered email address:

  1. Contact support with your current email and license key
  2. Provide your new email address
  3. Verify the new email when prompted
  4. Your license will be updated within 24 hours

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your license:

  • Cancellations must be requested within 5 days of purchase
  • Contact support with your license key and reason for cancellation
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
